NDIS是Network Driver Interface Specification，即网络驱动接口规范。
NDIS的主要目的就 是为NIC（网络接口卡，Network Interface Cards）制定出标准的API接口。
服务器安装系统时，经常遇到网卡驱动不能自动识别的情况
下载到的intel驱动CD或者Winx64包里只有NDIS61，NDIS62等网卡驱动专业编号
让手动选择驱动成了难题
